Before paid work begins, the project scope, pricing, deliverables, payment arrangements, and expected timeline should be agreed upon with the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and any content, images, branding materials, account access, approvals, or other resources reasonably needed to complete their project.
Customers must have appropriate rights or permission to use any materials they provide to OpSketch.
Payments
Payment requirements may vary depending on the project. Any deposit, milestone payment, final payment, subscription, maintenance fee, or other charge will be communicated and agreed upon before it becomes applicable.
Project Timelines

Revisions and Additional Work

Intellectual Property

The OpSketch name, branding, website design, and materials on this website may not be copied or represented as another business's work without appropriate permission.
Portfolio and Concept Work
Concept projects displayed on the OpSketch website may be created to demonstrate design and development capabilities and do not necessarily represent work completed for actual customers.
